Deepavali is an auspicious
Indian festival, also known as festival of light, on the day of
Diwali goddess Luxmi is worshipped for prosperity and wealth. The festival teaches us lessons like “enlighten ourselves from within” and also that “good will always be superior to the evil”. It has many historical perspective attached to it which increases its significance. The whole house is lighted with diyas and candles, firecrackers are burned to mark their happiness. It’s the day when family prays together, eats together, stays together. Celebrated all over India, on this day all the near and dear ones shower their love in the form of sweets. Crackers that are burned enlighten the whole sky marking as a new beginning.
